In order to further improve the service quality of Well Link Bank's mobile platform and enhance the security of users using Well Link mobile banking app, Well Link Bank will upgrade and maintain the Smart Banking App from 0:00 am to 6:00 am on June 3rd, 2023, and the mobile banking related services will be suspended during that time. From the upgrade date, Well Link mobile banking will be updated to version 3.1.5 and the old versions will stop serving.
In order to make your version update smoothly, please pay attention to the following operations:
If you are still using a version below 3.1.4 (inclusive), a pop-up window will appear after opening the mobile banking app, please click the "Update Now" button, and the system will automatically jump to the Google Play/App Store update. If it is not redirected automatically, you can also go to Google Play/App Store by yourself. Enter Well Link Bank and click the update button. You can also click here to download the lastest version in Well Link Bank official website.
After downloading the new version, due to security considerations, you need to log in again with the login password and bind the account settings before it can be used normally. For detailed procedures, please click here.
If you forget the password of your mobile banking account, after the updating, users with a debit card shall enter the new APP and use "Forgot Password" function to reset it. Users without a debit card shall bring their original ID certificates to the branch for resetting, and you can get the help from the branch lobby manager.
