Notice about Well Link Smart Banking App Upgrade on January 6


Dear Customers,


To improve your experience in using Well Link Smart Banking App, and bring you a richer range of smart financial services, Well Link Smart Banking App will be updated to version 3.2.0 on January 6, 2024.


From the upgrade date, the old versions will stop serving. To ensure that your banking services are not affected, you need to follow the "upgrade guide" in the APP and enter the App store, Google Play or official website of Well Link Bank to renew and upgrade it.


If you forget the password of your mobile banking account, after the updating, you can enter the new APP and use "forgot password" function to reset it with Macao One Account verification or debit card verification. Users without a debit card and Macao One Account shall bring their original ID certificates to the branch for resetting, and you can get the help from the branch lobby manager.
