In order to further improve the service quality of Well Link Bank's mobile platform, and bring you a richer range of smart financial services, Well Link Mobile Banking App will be updated to version 3.2.6 on August 30, 2024.
From the upgrade date, the old versions will stop serving. To ensure that your banking services are not affected, please follow the "Upgrade Guide" in the APP and visit the App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, or the official Well Link Bank website to renew and upgrade the App.
If you forget the password of your mobile banking account, after the update you can enter the new App and use "Forgot Password" function to reset it with Macao One Account verification or debit card verification. Users without a debit card and Macao One Account shall bring their original ID documents to the branch for password reset, and the branch manager will be able to assist you.
