In order to enhance your experience with the Well Link Smart Banking App and the Securities Service App, and provide you with a wider range of smart financial services, we will be releasing updated versions of Well Link Smart Banking App and the Securities Service App on March 29, 2024.
Please note that the older versions of the apps will no longer be functional after the upgrade. To ensure uninterrupted access to your banking services, it is essential for you to follow the "upgrade guide" within the app and proceed to the App Store, Google Play, or the official website of Well Link Bank to renew and upgrade your App.
If you forget the login password of your mobile banking or securities service account, after the updating, you can enter the new versions of the App and use "forgot password" function, and reset the password by verifying your Macao One Account or debit card. For users without a debit card and Macao One Account, please visit your nearest branch with your original identification documents to reset your password. The branch lobby manager will be available to assist you.
