After completing the maintenance, you need to follow the "upgrade guide" in the APP and enter the App store or Google Play to renew and upgrade it. When the download is finished, click the APP and use the "login password" to log in again. You need to bind your account with your device before you can use mobile banking properly.
If you forget the password of your mobile banking account, after the updating, users with a debit card shall enter the new APP and use "forgot password" function to reset it. Users without a debit card shall bring their original ID certificates to the branch for resetting, and you can get the help from the branch lobby manager.
